The Fronteras-Waite Tarot is a slightly smaller variation on the popular Rider-Waite deck. The core images are much the same, but the coloring is different, with an emphasis on shades of purple, red and brown on a tan background. Some of the detail has been replaced by uniform blocks of color and design. This deck is actually packaged as a set called The Tarot: The Traditional Tarot Reinterpreted for the Modern World (128 pages). The set contains a book of the same name by Adam Fronteras, an astrologer and consultant for the British Astrological & Psychic Society. The book gives an overview of the tarot with descriptions of each card. I've labelled this deck the Fronteras-Waite because there is no mention of the actual artist in the book.
